Payments and Refunds

Paid features (document generation, subscriptions) are processed through Stripe. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@loanshift.ai within 30 days for a full refund.

Subscriptions (LoanShift Monitor) are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
